The interior of the apartment was created for rent, so the main condition was functional planning solutions and optimal use of every square meter.
The same apartment can be designed differently for each client. In this case, the priority was to create a cozy and welcoming space of the hall combined with the kitchen. The block of guest bathroom, hall closets and kitchen is lined with wood-like panels that unite the zones and hide the complex but ergonomic layout.
Light tones, natural textures of marble, wood and brass make the interior both solemn and spacious.

When designing the bedrooms, the main task was to leave as much space as possible. That's why all the storage in the apartment is built-in and hidden.
The additional bedroom is decorated in neutral colors. The headboard is designed to accommodate a queen or twin beds.

Small bathrooms are visually enlarged with mirrors, glossy surfaces and hidden lighting. There is also hidden storage throughout.
